Lauren Mross // Lead Strategist + Creative Director

Lauren is responsible for guiding all things online – including the entire web site development process from strategy to launch, and Internet marketing from strategy to implementation. Lauren works closely with the client team as a site usability strategist, information architect, designer, and marketing strategist. Her broad range of real world experience and common sense approach brings a unique holistic perspective to your online brand experience.

A seasoned usability expert, Lauren has been creating award-winning web sites since 1996.

Graham Carroll // Copywriter + Editor

Graham’s background in journalism and broadcast media has allowed him to hone his skills as a writer, editor, and storyteller. With more than twelve years experience in radio and television news, Graham has developed a keen eye for presenting a message in a clear, concise, and consumer-friendly style. Graham is responsible for all written content for all projects, whether it is editing existing copy or creating new content for a web site. Graham’s recent projects include Atlanta BeltLine, Trees Atlanta, White Provision, and Silverman CPM.

A veteran journalist and writer, Graham has provided freelance copywriting services since 2006.

Rama N. Roy // Web + Print Designer

Rama is a highly creative, interdisciplinary designer who works on a full gamut of projects – spanning from identity design, marketing collateral and environmental graphics to web sites and Internet marketing solutions. As a small business owner for the past 17 years, Rama’s business acumen and strong creative expertise enable her to truly ascertain our clients’ needs and to create a compelling visual representation of their brand, from large corporations to small non-profits.

A skilled designer for 20 years, Rama has been designing engaging web site experiences since 2001.

Linda Severo // Project Manager

Lindalisa’s background in event planning and Internet marketing has made her a proficient manager of the finest details. She has successfully managed the production of dozens of corporate web sites, both large and small. Lindalisa is responsible for managing Brandshake’s web projects from the Discovery phase through production. She ensures that the project’s timeline and budget stays on track, and assists the team with content coordination, proofing/editing copy, WordPress production, and quality assurance testing.

Linda has successfully managed web site projects from concept to completion since 1997.
